If you have questions about how to use a Maptech program, please use the electronic help system included in the program. This help system contains both written instructions and illustrations to help you learn. You can access the help system by opening the program and choosing 'Contents' from the 'Help' menu.

The registration section of the website lets you generate Activation Codes and view all Maptech products you have previously registered.

Before contacting Technical Support, please confirm that you have the latest version of Maptech software.
You can check the version number by opening your program and choosing 'About' from the 'Help' menu. Next, go to your product's support page to find the latest version and to download it. In most cases, downloading the latest version will correct common problems found in earlier versions.

To ensure a prompt and accurate answer to your question, please include the following information:
